2020 is a difficult year for the whole world. It’s also challenging for bodybuilding. Closed gyms, unexpected deaths of sportsmen, and postponed contests. In such a time any good news is a treasure! And there’s something to cheer you up!
Last year Olympia was a bit disappointing. Lots of best and most loved bodybuilders couldn’t battle for the Olympia throne in 2019. That’s why the long silence of Phil Heath, Kai Greene, Shawn Rhoden, Big Ramy, and others made sports fans anxious.
The question of whether we’ll see bodybuilding legends on the stage this year is still trending. Yet there are some signs that the 2020 contest will be interesting. The 7-times champion Phil Heath may be back. While there’s no official message or any other 100% guaranty of his return, his name is found in the qualification list.
What does it mean? It gives us great hope to see Heath competing again. Such a return may be victorious. Phil took a long break. And, according to his words, he used the time wisely. That may mean Phil will present a greatly upgraded physique.
Fans of the sportsman are very intrigued. Yet the sports legend remains silent about his return. Phil simply avoids answering questions directly. Perhaps he copies the Kai Greene’s strategy of intriguing his fans and attracting more attention? We will only know later!
Some other names on the list will make you happy too!
