Why Targeted Fat Loss for Man Boobs MIGHT be Possible

On the face of it, it might seem unlikely that you could target fat loss as a means to get rid of man boobs.

Right off the bat, many of us are conditioned to believe that targeted fat loss doesn’t exist. Often we’re told that attempts to burn fat from specific areas are misguided and that the only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than we consume.

As it happens though, it might just be possible to burn tissue from your man boobs specifically. Let’s look at how and why…

For starters, there is a little bit of evidence now that it does back ‘spot reduction’ under certain circumstances. It’s minimal but new research does suggest that we are slightly more likely to burn fat from regions near the body parts we’re using. So how would you apply this to burning fat from your man boobs?
