How To Get A Bikini Body In Time For Summer!

The one all the girls look at and whisper things like, “I wish I had an ass and legs like her” and “I wish my stomach was as toned as hers is.” Or do you want to carry on going to parties and seeing your friends hook up with guys, while you are left sipping on a cocktail, wallowing in self pity?

Does this sound like you? Perhaps, maybe, you’re the girl who looks at other girls and says “I wish my ass was like her’s.. If only I could lose 10 pounds…”

Well, I’m about to tell you how you can do just that, and the best part? The information is completely free. Keep reading to find out how you can get that perfect bikini body. Summer is coming, and what better time to start than now?

No more looking fat. No more FEELING fat. No more staring into the mirror for hours on end. No more looking down on yourself or being looked down upon. Now is time for a change.

Let’s start with the basics– I’m going to give you a routine and supplements you need during this. The supplements are cheap, but extremely effective. You can easily lose 25/30lbs on this, if not more.

This routine is designed for three types– either for a girl who has just started training, one who is in “okay shape” (for example, you go to the gym, but your body isn’t where you’d like it to be. [otherwise why would you be reading this?]) or, you’ve never done any training at all. For more advanced females wanting to bodybuild and get to the very low 4/5 digits of fat, I suggest heading this way: Strong Women

First off, you need plenty of water. This is a must. During this session you are going to keep water next to you at all times. If you are a beginner, or even think you have a bit of experience, you will be shocked at how quick this will speed up your heart rate.

Now before you get nervous, do you want to know what the best part about this routine is? Anyone can do it! Thats right! It allows you to train at your own level.

However, I can tell you this! By the end of it, you will be doing a routine you would of said was originally impossible for you to do before. Don’t be suprised to see yourself doing 300/400 pushups. Can’t do one now? Who cares? The end results are all that matters. The routine, especially in the beginning, doesn’t take very long at all. So, no matter how busy you are, you have no excuses for not doing it.

Now, what else do we need? Determination and goals. We will also be purchasing some Clen (liquid Clen dosage) (liquid Clen dosage). You will start off by doing a 5 minute combo

5 Pushups
5 Squats
5 Situps
5 Star Jumps/Jumping Jacks

Do NOT change the order these are done in. There is a reason for it. Why can’t you do pushups, situps, then squats, and star jumps, for example? Because, it takes out you having to stand up and sit back down. Now, in 5 minutes this might only effect 20 calories, however, by the time you advance, it can easily effect up to 400/500. Do not mess with it.

You will do the exercises above for a full 5 minutes. You will need a timer.

Hit time and start the exercises. After 5 pushups, go straight up, as fast as you can, into 5 body weight squats. Do them DEEP. This is also important to build muscle and burn that fat! Then, you’ll go straight into 5 situps. Then, without a break, you will go straight into 5 star jumps. After this, repeat all over again, starting with the 5 pushups all the way through.

Once the timer ends and your 5 minutes are up, finish whatever set you started. (IE. If you are on 3 reps of squats you do the last 2 and you’re finished.)

Also, it is very important to make sure you take the Clen 30 minutes before you do this. It will give you better fat loss and also energy to get you through this session.

How to progress? The next day you do 5 minutes and 30 seconds. The day after, you do 6 minutes. Every day, you progress by 30 seconds. This allows you to constantly improve and lose fat, without burning out.

If I asked you to do the exercises above for 30 minutes your eyes would go wide. Not only that, but your body would get use to it, as there’d be no progression. However, if I ask you to just do 30 seconds better than the day before? Your body adapts, and not only that, you constantly progress and lose fat. You will see great results from this. Day 1 5 minutes of the exercises
Day 2 5:30 minutes Of the exercises
Day 3 6 minutes of the exercises

Day 7 off
