Hands down, Mark Wahlberg has had one of Hollywood’s great life transformations ever. From a juvenile delinquent to a respected actor-director, Wahlberg would have enough reputation to market his own MARKED fitness supplements. Well, he is one of those 40-ish actors who has a great toned muscle. But did he do it using only his own fitness brand or steroids pack him enough beef?
I’d say he did use steroids, or have cycled on it. In the film Pain and Gain, Dwayne Johnson denied using steroids. Mark Wahlberg, trying to humor us, I guess, feigned innocence as to what steroids are, and said he doesn’t mess with steroids. Of course, messing with steroids is a no-no. One should learn enough about the drug to make the most absolute gain possible. Like how Walhberg did it. And yes, definitely, how Dwayne Johnson “The Rock” maintains his. But they won’t tell us how, will they?
What we will be told is that they are local gym addicts. They have strict workouts and crazy diets. The gym is one of their comfort zones. They are clean and natural bodybuilders, so they say.
If Dwayne Johnson ate 7 meals a day, Wahlberg upped that with 10 meals.
Nonetheless, it is quite hard to imagine how two 40-ish actors binged on their meals, went to their workouts, and gained so many pounds in weeks! If they were not on steroids, maybe they are blessed with natural testosterone for men their age? Lucky them! Imagine Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson adding 15 pounds and Mark Wahlberg gaining 40 pounds without steroids. Really, lucky them.
He said:
“I was training five days a week. I’d start with benching, and then I’d do my squats and lunges, then I’d do a lot of old-school stuff. I’d literally do a row of machines at the Sports Club/LA. One set of every single machine all the way down the row. I’d leave the hotel at 4:30 in the morning, just as the nightclubs were letting out on South Beach? I’d walk in the gym as the door opened at 5:00 AM every day.”
Every day. If he was not on steroids or anything to help his muscles take on the intensity he brought to his muscles, his supplements would have been magic powders. What could have been the duo to speak about how to use steroids are vehemently denying the very drug that gave them the real boost that they need. They are, in my opinion, two Hollywood actors who turn to muscle enhancers to keep them as bankable as ever.
Sad thing is, they hide the truth about how they do their steroid cycle. I can’t blame them though. The public that they so want to get approval from, would be the same public who would crucify them if they learned that their determination to wear their roles to as near truth as possible has steroids in them, their movies won’t sell as much.
Or would it? I didn’t see Arnold Schwarzenegger being flagged when he admitted that he used steroids.
