Can You Lose Weight by Only Eating One Meal per Day?

Can you lose weight by only eating one meal per day? This question, my God!! I mean it, I feel like screaming. Well, let me be honest with you this must be the most idiotic way to attempt weight loss. The more you eat the more weight you will lose, by raising your metabolism.

Sure, if you eat 60000 calories a day and you drop to just a burger and fries you will lose weight, get loose skin, be unhealthy, very, very weak! Erm, bone problems, joint issues, look very ugly, and get terrible hormonal problems (such as cramps for women) or erection issues if you are a man.

What else negative is there? Probably another 100 things, if I just bothered to talk about it but it’s idiotic, there are no positives to doing this. Eat high-quality protein 6 times per day, eat plenty of vegetables, exercise well, and guess what, you will lose weight. Asking questions like can you lose weight by only eating one meal per day has to be one of the stupidest things that I’ve had asked on here and, unfortunately, it’s getting asked far too often. Don’t ask it, don’t be one of those fools. There are plenty of good meal plans on here.

Why would you want to go through this? If you eat 6 times a day, LOOK better, look sexier, feel better, be healthier, why the hell would you want to eat just once per day? I know this is harsh, but it really is idiotic. I wrote this article this way because I wanted to drill it into people. I hate eating disorders. I think most people who get anorexia or eating disorders are low on intelligence because it’s not even a clever way or EFFECTIVE way to lose weight. This is why it takes them so long to lose it in the first place.

There is nothing clever about eating just “once per day” so don’t do it!!!

Here is a list of good healthy foods

  • Chicken breasts
  • Whole thighs
  • Turkey breasts
  • Turkey thighs
  • Steak
  • Beef
  • Full eggs
  • Salmon
  • Mackerel
  • Tuna
  • Sardines
  • Tilapia
  • Trout
  • Haddock
  • Cod
  • Liver
  • Trout
  • Rainbow trout

Here is a list of some very good slow releasing carbohydrates

  • Whole wheat pasta
  • Whole wheat rice
  • Oats! Mhmm lovely
  • Fresh fruit
  • VEGETABLES under all circumstances eat vegetables! (green vegetables are the best)

Foods to avoid

  • ANY bread product, do not eat bread often, even whole wheat, it is full of crap
  • Any fast acting sugar or energy drink
  • Chocolates
  • Sweets
  • POTATOES! Yes avoid these!

This is just a basic example but I just wanted to clear it up.

Doesn’t Salmon and Vegetables, sound much nicer than starving all day? Doesn’t the idea of having sexy abs and legs if you are female, or ripped abs and arms if you are male sound better than being skinny fat, and ugly? Mhm? Exactly
