Even on its release date itself back in 2015, many of the Tekken fans were already thinking about when the ninth installment of the game will finally come into their lives. As the action packed fighting video game is eagerly awaited by fans, there has been some talk that the developer and publisher of the game, Bandai Namco Entertainment will be releasing a statement about the game’s possible launch date and what is in store for the title on the PlayStation 4 Pro.
There have been a few reports stating that the Tekken 7 Release Date will be on February 2017. This was based on a Tweet of a Wonkey who said that Tekken 7 will be early next year as per Bandai Namco Entertainment.
Even though there has been such rumors floating around, the developer of Tekken 7 has yet to release an official announcement regarding the much awaited ninth installment of the fighting video game series. Due to the tweet by Wonkey, there have been demands for a credible resource to base his tweet slash statement from, thus hinting that this may trigger Bandai Namco Entertainment to break its silence regarding all the drama over the Tekken 7.
The good news is however, the game producer Katsuhiro Harada is reported to be planning to actually develop a DLC for the game before it is released. He believes that Tekken 7 should be made available to consoles for better gaming experience. It has also been confirmed that Tekken 7 will not be made cross-platform ready as this will only give PC players the chance to cheat, which is definitely not good for those using other platforms to play the game fairly. On a side note, there is a possibility that there may be a cross-platform gameplay available between PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players. That is definitely something to look forward to.Tags: Bandai Namco Entertainment, Games, Katsuhiro Harada, PlayStation 4 Pro, Tekken 7, Xbox One
