Ronnie Coleman is one of those athletes who faced a lot of challenges over the past couple of years. He underwent a lot of spine surgeries and still dominated in the Open bodybuilding stage. From 1998 to 2005 he got his 8 Mr. Olympia titles. That is incredible!

Coleman risked being never able to walk again. But back in June 2019, he trained his legs for the first time since the beginning of the year. And Ronnie keeps showing unbelievable progress since then. His recent video on social media shows him performing pec dec flys for finishing his chest workout and he seems to be really intense and persistent.

“Just another Lightweight chest workout. I did do 3 exercises of dumbbells before my last exercise here on the pec dec.

Just doing what I have to do to stay in shape.

Like I always say, once again it’s on and oh yeah it ain’t over my friends, it’s on like Hong Kong.”

No matter how many setbacks Coleman had, he still is a great part of all the fitness world. He travels and promotes his supplement brand. Ronnie Coleman even published his new book named “Blood, Sweat, and Muscles”.

It looks like nothing and no one can stop the legend from soaring to new heights!
