Ronnie Coleman became a legend, winning Olympia 8 times. He managed to change bodybuilding standards. Coleman made sportsmen all over the world push their limits trying to look at least half as great as Ronnie. An outstanding sportsman with strong will and inborn talent made a real revolution in sport and left the professional stage with his head high.
Ronnie survived years of severe pain caused by dangerous spine disease, 10 surgeries, scary days when he could not stand up or even move his legs. He has never lost his inner power and has never missed an opportunity to smile or to joke. Now, looking at everything Coleman has been through, it’s easy to believe he’s superhuman.
Ronnie was allowed to come back to training with weights only a couple of months ago and he’s already working very hard. Coleman told that his current aim was to grow his muscles returning the incredible physique he became famous for, but at the same time to save a low percentage of subcutaneous fat.
Recently the sports legend posted a video of himself working on his biceps. Even after a decade of suffering from health issues, Ronnie looks strong, powerful, and able to work super hard. ‘Gotta be ready for the Olympia next weekend!’, – joked Coleman.
Moreover, Coleman intrigued his fans reminding about an upcoming release of his autobiographical book.
