The Portland Trail Blazers will face the Toronto Raptors on Friday night at Air Canada Centre.

The second and final meeting between the teams will be quite exciting as both the teams are in full spirit. The Raptors won an earlier match this season played in the Pacific Northwest. The Raptors are two games behind the Cleveland Cavaliers to take the winning place in the Eastern Conference. On the other hand The Trail Blazers are the seventh seed in the Western Conference just half a game behind Dallas with six seed.

This is the fifth game for Portland in a six-game East Coast trip. After having three consecutive wins the Blazers suffered their first loss 116-93, Wednesday night in Boston. They went dumb in the later part of the game with Celtics playing for the fourth time in five nights. However the Blazers have recorded14wons of their last 17 games. The Blazers are 9-2 in their last 12 road games. The loss to the Celtics left the opportunity of winning all the games in line .The 93-point loss at Boston gave a set back as Blazers have a history of winning nine consecutive games in which they reached three digits of score.  Scoring at least 100 points they are 29-12 this season.

Recently, Toronto crushed the Utah Jazz 104-94 on Wednesday night at Air Canada Centre giving the Raptors the 11th consecutive home victory, an enormous franchise record. This is the second of a seven-game home stand for Toronto. Toronto has a golden chance in this series to win the season- against the Blazers after 1996-97. Their 11-game home win streak, gave the Raptors a record of winning (Boston, Miami, Los Angeles Clippers, Detroit, Memphis and Cleveland) with an average of 11.0 point.  A franchise-record is designated to the raptors by winning 27 straight games when holding the rival to less than 100 points. Lowry is the lime light of the week with his eighth career triple-double (21 points, 11 assists, 11 rebounds) win over the New York Knicks.
