According to the Forbes Gordon Kelly, the leaks which have all surfaced previously about the launching of the iPhone X-inspired model at $799 and Kuo said that Apple can produce the phone at just $550. The new model which is set to come to market will be having the same core design as of iPhone X and the only difference is the size of the screen is increased to 6.1 and include Face ID facial recognition.
Apple is going to slash the price of the second generation iPhone X and going to release a top-model of iPhone X Plus at $999. This is the only reason which shows why Apple don’t want to continue with iPhone X.
The production of the OLED screens for the next generation Apple iPhone will be starting from the next month. Samsung is going to provide OLED screens once again to the Apple phones. Samsung had earlier reduced the production of OLED as one of the suppliers reduced its order during the Q1 2018 but the restarting of the production shows that Apple wants to keep a big amount of stock ahead of the launch of the new devices by Apple.
