Bioware’s Mass Effect: Andromeda has a lot of fans waiting for the game’s possible release in 2017. The science fiction video game has fans hooked and excited for the fourth installment of the game. It is known that PlayStation, PlayStation NEO, Xbox One, and PC will be getting the game, but how about the upcoming Nintendo Switch?
Nintendo Switch is the next big thing for Nintendo and fans are wondering if the new console will be having Bioware’s Mass Effect: Andromeda available for play. As per iDigitalTImes, they don’t entirely agree that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be making its debut on the Nintendo console. A fan had the guts and interest to ask the big question via Twitter and it was answered by Michael Gamble, the in-house producer of Bioware. Gamble confirmed that list of consoles that will support Mass Effect: Andromeda and it seems that the producer purposely left out the Nintendo Switch. It’s either the new console won’t be getting a taste of that game or it was left out only because the Nintendo Switch is yet to be launched. It is worth mentioning that Bioware did make an effort to make their debut on a Nintendo platform back when they released a special edition of “Mass Effect 3” for the Wii U, sad to say the results weren’t spectacular.
Furthermore, with regard to the N7 Day, Gamble did not explain any detail regarding the event. Although there are rumors floating about that more about the central plot of Mass Effect: Andromeda will be unveiled by Bioware on November 7, 2016. There has yet to be an official release date for Mass Effect: Andromeda, however, there reports suggesting that the game may very well arrive in March 2017.
