According to ‘Tech Times’, HP is coming back with a bang with HP Elite 3x in this year’s smartphone game. One of the key features in the 5.96 phablets is the 5.96 inch Quad HD AMOLED 560 x 1440 display with a pixel per inch (PPI) pixel density of 494. Windows 10 Mobile is the Operating System in this new phablet, and it is powered by the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with Adreno GPU.

President and Chief Executive Dion Weisler of HP Inc have opined that commercial mobility has never gone thru innovation, and it is prime for disruption. He says that to fulfill their promise of mobile productivity to their customers, HP is propelling the industry forward, together with the strength of its partners. He also believes that HP Elite will revolutionize the mobile platform landscape, and it will enable mobility computing to come together in a truly meaningful way.

According to ‘PC Mag’, HP Elite 3x is equipped with 4 GB RAM. Internal storage capacity is 64 GB. There is an expandable expansion slot up to 256 GB. HP has also integrated an 8MP front camera, LED flash, 16 MP rear Autofocus camera capable of capturing 1080p video at 30fps. It also comes with a massive 4,150 mAh non-removable battery which HP claims will provide 33 hours of talk time.

The phablet also comes with a free desk dock which can be connected to an external monitor thereby providing a full-featured quality desktop experience. HP Elite 3x Phablet is reportedly being shipped at $799 including free shipping.
