Kai Greene is a real gem in the world of bodybuilding. He is one of a few who managed to build a truly incredible body and a strong mind of a winner. While never being Mr. Olympia, Kai has one of the best physiques among bodybuilding celebrities.
No doubts, Greene got excellent genetics. However, he is also a really hard-working person with a great desire to discover new things in bodybuilding. Now, when Kai is not training to compete, he has lots of time to share his knowledge with his fans.
The former Olympia contestant loves talking about the special training strategy that pushed him so far. Kai tells that a bodybuilder shall work on all muscles of the body, including those that seem to be not important for an impressive look at the stage.
To support his theory, Kai posted an interesting short video of his glutes and hamstrings training. The training includes some rare exercises that were, probably, developed by Greene. The video that is posted in the sportsman’s Instagram has become a real hit, collecting lots of likes and comments.
Many of Kai’s fans were glad to get a useful lesson that allows them to shake up their training routine with some new activities.

We make sure we’re using our minds and focus deep into the hamstrings and glutes feeling every fiber working properly.
