Make sure you channel your thoughts and focus deep into each and every contraction. Feel every fiber working. Personally I generate great power at around 15-20 reps and then work until past failure. When you get so deeply connected with your muscle, you don’t need to lift the whole gym. I know most people think of working a higher rep range as "light" but I feel the best when I have a combination of power, strength, and burn. Little by little, piece by piece, you will end up creating and building your own masterpiece. Learn how to become more neurologically connected with your mind, switch up your current regiments and take your mind and body to that next level. #KaiGreene

Before you can become the best that you can be.. you have to go through all those different stages of evolution to get there. My body is a physical manifestation of my thoughts. Our true powers we harness are not in our bodies physical strength but more so found deep in our minds. Understand we are beings that are meant to keep evolving, and where you are now and what you’re capable of becoming can be forever progressing. #KaiGreene
