Are you one of Mark Bell’s Slingshot lifting equipment fans? Then it’s time to celebrate, while all of the equipment has been approved by the IPF.
Mark Bell announced about the recent approval for the Slingshot gear for IPF sanctioned meets and the cost of it all in his Instagram post yesterday.
That’s a big event for the powerlifting community. Over the last five years, the Slingshot equipment by Mark Bell has grown in popularity. Besides, they create a great variety of equipment expanding the current limited approved list.
In the very recent past, the IPF hasn’t announced the equipment approval to such an extent. For that reason, it is a welcomed and exciting change for many people, especially for the Slingshot’s gear fans.
Mark Bell writes in his Instagram post “FINALLY SOME SWEET SWEET RELIEF. NO I DIDN’T BUY CALF IMPLANTS OR OPEN UP AN ST GYM EAST! But, I did get all our gear IPF approved for 2019! If you know, this is near and dear to me as I’ve been trying to give more back to the sport of powerlifting!
Letting the customers, lifters, and people who compete a chance to CHOOSE what they want to lift in when it’s their time to step on the platform. When it’s their moment. THIS IS FOR YOU! $253,000 is a pretty penny, but it’s nothing when the lifters can’t choose for themselves!”
Bell has a right to be excited about the approval; besides, $253,000 is a bunch of money. In his video, Mark points out several times what this amount of money could equate to.
