It has been almost a year since Nexus 9 has been released back in November 2014 however, the fervor and insane delight of the fans is still on that level as it was when the tablet was released. Kudos to Google and HTC collaboration for making sure the availability of such high tech devices and thus making our lives equipped with technology.

There are some tablets that are too heavy and not that easy to handle, however, it is not the case of HTC Nexus 9 that has dimensions of 228.2 x 153.7 x 8 mm. The weight is 425 g and is comparatively easy to handle.

As far as the display is concerned, the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors and offers a size of 8.9 inches that is 73.5% screen-to-body ratio.

The Operating System is Android OS, v5.0 (Lollipop) and can easily be uploaded to v5.1.1 (Lollipop). The tablet is supported by Dual-core CPU 2.3 GHz Denver and GPU of Kepler DX1.

As far as the camera is concerned, the selfie fanatics have a good chance as they would be offered a 8 MP, 3264 x 2448 pixels, autofocus, LED flash. More, the front camera is also amazing with 1.6 MP, 720p.

The tablet has no card slot with an internal memory of 16 GB and a 2 GB RAM.

Overall, the tablet is an amazing option when compared to the other tablets.

  1. Unfortunately the worst thing about the tablet is the price, here in Australia they are asking over $700 for it. I’ll stick with my Nexus 10
