Batman: Return to Arkham will be released on October 21 according to the Interactive Entertainment and the game will let the new generation of players enjoy the new game’s predecessors as well.

The Batman: Return to Arkham is the latest edition to the Batman game series and is indeed one of the most famous game franchise since it is all about one of the most iconic superheroes from the DC Universe, Batman.

Fans of the series, both old and new will be glad to know that the Batman: Return to Arkham is more of a collection of the remastered versions of previous Batman games, namely Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. The two are of course remastered versions and will use the Unreal Engine 4 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The use of Unreal Engine 4 enables the game’s developer, Virtuous Games, to take the old games to a whole other level in terms of its visuals, which needless to say are all dramatically improved. Players who have already experienced or even finished the two games will most likely want to give the remastered versions a test run due to the promise of better graphics, plus Batman: Return to Arkham will also give the new generation of players a chance to experience the past games of the series.

BatmanAs fans that have been waiting for the release may know, Batman: Return to Arkham did have a bumpy ride as its initial release date was delayed due to frame rate problems, however, it is now planned for launch on October and Batman: Return to Arkham is said to be sporting a price tag of $49.99.

  1. This is a really awesome chance for new gen console players to get the amazing experience that the original Arkham games can truly bring. Sucks they keep pushing back the release date, though…
