However, according to experts, the rumor about AMOLED display doesn’t make sense. A prominent name in the industry, Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities, is of the opinion that it is not possible for iPhone 7 to have an AMOLED display as there are technical issues involved that can halt Apple shifting from the LCD display to AMOLED display. The expert further said that the process would take at least three more years.

Moreover, there are also rumors that the new iPhone 7 would is expected to have 6 to 6.5mm-thick batteries and more likely having a wrap-up screen.
