The Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are the first phones to have been stripped of the 3.5mm headphone jack, which was a bold and not very accepted move by Apple, it seems that the new HTC Bolt will also be following this trend. There are new leaked images of the new HTC Bolt that show that it does not have a visible 3.5mm headphone jack.
The famous leaker Even Bass was the one responsible for unleashing the images of the HTC Bolt to the masses. According to the image, the new HTC Bolt has quite a similar design to the iPhone 7, the new device also sports a USB Type-C port located at the bottom of the phone, similar to how the Lightning port is located on the newest Apple phones.
Moreover, the HTC Bolt is said to have the HTC BoomSound audio enhancer, which can only be utilized when using a headphone while listening to music, it is not yet clear what kind of headset the HTC Bolt will be using if it will really drop the traditional 3.5mm headphone jack. The possibility that the HTC Bolt will be using a USB Type-C earphone is also unclear for now.
The HTC Bolt will be sporting a 5.5-inch full HD display and an 18MP rear camera with a f/2.0 lens that is capable of shooting 4K videos, as for the front facing camera, it has 8 MP. With regard to the RAM capacity, the HTC Bolt will have 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage that is, of course, capable of expanding by the use of micro SD cards. The HTC Bolt will also be running on the Android Nougat.
