The Smartphone maker HTC has kept mum about the HTC Bolt, which is internally known as Acadia. There are rumors regarding the HTC Bolt’s release, specs, and features that are spreading on the internet like wildfire, including word that it will be shipped with Android Nougat. The HTC Bolt is said to be the first HTC phone to be shipped with the latest Google OS, Android Nougat, as per the latest reports about the HTC Bolt.
HTC ROM developer LlabTooFeR revealed that the HTC Bolt will come out of the box with Android Nougat with Sense 8 UI as well. While the ever popular tipster and leak donator, Evan Bass, posted a leaked picture of the HTC Bolt. According to the leaked photo, the HTC Bolt resembles the HTC 10 in terms of design. The leaked image show the Bolt clad in a metal body with a rear-facing camera plus a dual LED flash, a front-mounted fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C port on the bottom portion of the phone. As for the specs of the HTC Bolt, it is said to sport a 5.5-inch FHD display, 3 GB of RAM, 64 GB internal storage, expandable via micro SD cards, with an equipped 18MP rear camera with f/2.0 lens and an 8MP front camera.
HTC Bolt will only be available in the United States, however, a recent report suggests that the handset will be made available in Europe, Asia, and Africa, too. There is yet to be an official release date for the HTC Bolt, however, it is expected to be released by 2018.
