You may have heard many speculations and rumors. You may have even seen some leaks about iPhone 7. But so far, further details of the said event are still hidden in the shadows. However, we can’t resist foraging for some juicy and reliable information for you to have a heads up on the Apple event next week.

Thus, we stumble upon Mark Gurman’s “What to Expect” article on Bloomberg. Gurman, an institution in uncovering many of Apple’s unannounced plans, rounded up and provided a solid recap of all the most reliable rumors on the upcoming Apple press conference.

So… what should we expect once the Apple executives take center stage next week?

Gurman says that Apple’s brand new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus will be similar to its predecessors, iPhone 6 and 6 plus, regarding design. And as expected, there will be noticeable feature enhancements. IPhone 7 and 7 Plus will have a re-designed antenna lines layout, a faster processor, and a new pressure sensitive home button with 3D Touch support. However, both new models will no longer have a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.

You may not be a really huge fan of Apple or not really impressed with its iPhone series’ features, but Apple’s upcoming press conference is undeniably one of this year’s highlights in consumer tech. As its release of iPhone generations over the years has been a constant source of awe in the innovations community. This is aside from the fact that they are consistently outselling every other smartphone in the world by a huge margin.
