If you don’t happen to be a Battlefield Insider member, you will also be able to get in the beta a bit later than the members. It has not yet been confirmed by EA, but the release time of the open beta should follow the same schedule as the Battlefield Insider release time, which is sometime around 12 p.m. EST.
Considering the previous beta tests from EA, a start time at 12 p.m, especially on the 31st, makes the most sense. The beta release for Titanfall 2, the long awaited sequel to Respawn Entertainment’s hit game, happened last weekend, also at noon. Given the circumstances, Battlefield 1’s release will likely do the same.
Apropos of the end time, EA still hasn’t made an official announcement on when the beta will end. If they follow any previous pattern in beta releases, it will probably last until the end of the week, as they usually don’t stay open for long.
How to Install Battlefield 1 Beta:
The Battlefield 1 beta is no different than any other beta the users might have encountered. Its beta is easy enough for everyone to join, much like the Titanfall 2’s own beta.
If you are an Xbox One owner, go to the Xbox store and search for ‘Battlefield 1’. The results should show Battlefield 1 Beta or Battlefield 1 Multiplayer Tech Test. Download any of those files and you’re in.
Any of you who are PS4 owners, the steps are more or less the same. At the PlayStation Store, just search for ‘Battlefield 1’and download the beta or tech test.
